Welcome to Flower Hub Malaysia. By browsing, placing an order, making payment, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Flower Hub Malaysia is a floral marketplace operated by Fafa Malaysia Flower Hub. We connect customers with independent florists and vendors across Malaysia.

1. Platform Role

Flower Hub Malaysia provides an online platform for customers to browse, compare, and order floral products from different vendors.

The floral products listed on our website are prepared and fulfilled by independent vendors. Flower Hub Malaysia does not directly prepare or deliver the products unless otherwise stated.

2. Product Information

Product photos are for reference only. As fresh flowers are natural products, the final arrangement may vary slightly in flower size, color tone, bloom stage, wrapping, accessories, and overall appearance.

We aim to ensure that all product information, prices, descriptions, and images are as accurate as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to seasonal availability, supplier stock, natural flower variation, and vendor arrangement style.

3. Fresh Flower Substitution

Fresh flowers are subject to availability. If certain flowers, foliage, wrappers, accessories, or materials are unavailable, the vendor may substitute them with similar flowers, similar colors, similar style, or items of equal or higher value.

For major substitutions that may significantly affect the appearance, color direction, style, or value of the order, the vendor should inform the customer as early as possible.

If the customer and vendor are unable to reach an agreement, Flower Hub Malaysia may step in to review the case and assist with a reasonable resolution.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed after payment has been successfully made and the vendor has accepted the order.

Flower Hub Malaysia or the vendor may contact the customer if further information is needed, including delivery details, recipient details, card message, preferred date, or product availability.

If the vendor is unable to accept or fulfil the order, the customer will be informed and may be offered an alternative product, date, vendor, or refund where applicable.

5. Delivery

Delivery availability depends on the vendor’s delivery area, product type, order date, and delivery schedule.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, delivery address, contact number, delivery date, and any special delivery notes.

Flower Hub Malaysia and the vendor are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect address, incomplete recipient information, unreachable recipient, restricted access location, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If re-delivery is required, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Same-Day Delivery and Pre-Orders

Same-day delivery is only available for selected products, vendors, areas, and time slots.

Some products require advance pre-order due to flower availability, custom design, preparation time, or seasonal demand.

During peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, graduation season, festive periods, or campaign periods, customers are encouraged to place orders earlier.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests are subject to the order status and vendor preparation stage.

Orders may be eligible for full or partial refund if cancellation is requested before the vendor has purchased materials, started preparation, or arranged delivery.

Orders that have already entered preparation, flower purchasing, custom design, or delivery arrangement may not be eligible for full refund.

Custom orders, urgent orders, same-day orders, and seasonal campaign orders may have stricter cancellation terms.

8. Complaints and Disputes

If there is an issue with an order, customers should contact the vendor or Flower Hub Malaysia as soon as possible with clear photos, order number, and issue details.

The vendor should first coordinate with the customer where reasonable.

If the customer and vendor are unable to resolve the matter, Flower Hub Malaysia may review the case and assist with a reasonable resolution.

Flower Hub Malaysia may consider factors such as product photos, order details, delivery proof, vendor explanation, customer evidence, flower substitution policy, and natural flower variation.

9. Reviews and Photos

Customers may submit reviews, ratings, and photos after completing an order.

By submitting a review or photo, the customer agrees that Flower Hub Malaysia may display the review, rating, and uploaded photo on the website, social media, marketing materials, or related promotional channels.

Flower Hub Malaysia reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, false, misleading, discriminatory, irrelevant, or inappropriate.

10. Petals Rewards

Flower Hub Malaysia may offer reward points, known as Petals, for selected actions such as purchases, reviews, photo reviews, campaigns, or promotions.

Petals may be used for discounts, rewards, or other benefits according to the platform’s reward rules.

Petals have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Flower Hub Malaysia may update, adjust, suspend, or terminate the Petals reward system at any time.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, campaign offers, Weekly Deals, and special rewards are subject to specific terms, availability, validity period, and vendor participation.

Flower Hub Malaysia reserves the right to modify, reject, cancel, or withdraw any promotion if misuse, error, fraud, or abuse is suspected.

12. Customer Information

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Customer information may be shared with the relevant vendor only for order fulfilment purposes, including preparation, delivery, customer communication, and issue resolution.

Flower Hub Malaysia and vendors must not use customer information for unrelated purposes without permission.

13. Prohibited Use

Customers must not misuse the website, create fake orders, abuse promotions, submit false reviews, provide misleading information, harass vendors, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Flower Hub Malaysia reserves the right to cancel orders, remove reviews, restrict accounts, or take necessary action if misuse is detected.

14. Limitation of Liability

Flower Hub Malaysia provides a marketplace platform, order system, payment flow, and customer support where applicable.

As products are prepared and fulfilled by independent vendors, Flower Hub Malaysia shall not be liable for issues caused by vendor product quality, delivery delay, failed delivery, wrong fulfilment, or customer-provided incorrect information, except where caused by Flower Hub Malaysia’s own negligence or misconduct.

15. Changes to Terms

Flower Hub Malaysia may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the website after changes are published means the customer accepts the updated Terms & Conditions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute shall first be handled through good-faith communication between the customer, vendor, and Flower Hub Malaysia where applicable.
